What if my work means I can't commit to the same day and slot each week?
Most people find that having therapy at the same time and on the same day each week or fortnight is incredibly helpful - but this isn't possible for people who work shifts and have ever-changing rotas. If your work is shift-based, you can still commit to regular therapy with Basis Therapy Services. We will, at the end of each session, agree the date and time of the following session, so be sure to bring your diary and rota for the week of the next planned session.

How do I do therapy?

What is the difference between counselling and psychotherapy?
