What if my work means I can't commit to the same day and slot each week? Basis Therapy Services offers shift-friendly therapy

Most people find that having therapy at the same time and on the same day each week or fortnight is incredibly helpful - but this isn't possible for people who work shifts and have ever-changing rotas.

Staff working at hospitals are one of many types of careers and jobs that tend to be shift-based. The photo shows one such worker.

If your work doesn't follow a set pattern, day in, day out, you can still commit to regular therapy with our shift-friendly therapy approach. We will, at the end of each session, agree the date and time of the following session, so be sure to bring your diary and rota for the week of the next planned session.

If you are interested in having therapy with Basis Therapy Services, you can read about how we get started, find out how much therapy is, and book a free initial call here.
