face to face therapy in Cheshire with Basis Therapy Services

Before therapy can start, we'll have a short initial consultation over the phone. During this call we'll briefly discuss what you want to explore in therapy, frequency of sessions, and whether you want short or long- term therapy. We will agree a day and time for, and frequency of, your therapy.

During the first four hours of therapy, you will want to get to know me and how I work, and I will want to get to know you. This is part of the therapy process and, as we get to know each other, you'll work out if I'm the right therapist for you, and I'll work out if I can help you.

If we've agreed that further therapy with Basis will be useful to you, we will continue sessions in our regular slot, according to your need for short or long-term therapy.
